About Me
I started out as Data Manager in a large secondary school, ensuring the assessment data collected contributed to improvement of outcomes. From there I moved to SISRA Ltd, where I was a consultant and eventually Head of Consultancy, leading a team supporting 1,600 schools across the UK in the management and analysis of their assessment data and exam results through consultancy and training.

Since then I have been working on a freelance basis with schools and MATs, either directly or via a range of companies and organisations.
I have extensive experience of helping schools make sense of ‘life after levels’, and a particular interest in ensuring that assessment data leads directly to impact in the classroom.
I am also a secondary school governor with responsibility for the sixth form, and I chair the Curriculum, Teaching and Care Committee.

Key projects have included:
Advising on and implementing data management solutions for trusts such as Avanti Schools Trust, Haberdashers Academies Trust South and Cathedral Schools Trust.
Delivering training and consultancy through partnerships with ASCL, Arbor, FFT, GL Assessment and two local authorities.
Supporting the adoption of SISRA, FFT, and other data analysis tools to enhance school performance tracking. Leading customer training sessions, onboarding new clients, and driving long-term engagement.
Providing product feedback and collaborating with EdTech providers to enhance user experience and functionality.
